Mogu Mogu Hiragana

Starting out on your path to learning Japanese? Is drilling the Hiragana alphabet with flash cards boring you to tears? Then try out Mogu Mogu Hiragana. 

A simple game and homage to the Number Muncher series, take charge of your studying by breaking down what you want to focus on and how much you want to focus on in this simple interactive game. 

• Study Gojuuon, Dakuten, Handakuten, and Yoon as available categories each split into their specific rows. 
• Pick from between 1-5 characters to study at a time. 
• Choose between being shown the Romanji and guessing the Hiragana character or being shown the Hiragana character and guessing the Romanji.
• Need something a bit more tougher? Challenge the entire Gojuuon, Dakuten + Handakuten, and Yoon categories; or the ENTIRE Hiragana alphabet. 

You control Comabe, a kaiju who eats Hiragana but is picky with what he eats. Rules at the top of the screen shows what Comabe wants to eat and once the playing field is cleared of those character(s), the stage will change and so will the Hiragana that he wants to munch on. Comabe is not the only Kaiju out there as others will join looking for their own meal, so make sure Comabe is not their next dinner!

Controls

• W/Arrow Up - Move Up
• A/Arrow Left - Move Left
• S/Arrow Down - Move Down
• D/Arrow Right - Move Right
• Space - Munch
• Esc - Pause

The mouse is used for maneuvering the UI. Left click accepts and Right click will go to the previous screen(if possible).

Controls can be reconfigured in-game under Options. The Arrow and Escape keys are a default option and cannot be altered. 

Controllers are partially supported. They can only be used in-game, not in menus, and cannot be re-configured.

• L-Stick - Movement.
• Any face button - Munch
• Start button(and the controller varients) - Pause

Saves for the online version are stored as a cookie, deleting the cookie will delete the save file!
